Let us start this monday with a positive outlook so that we can conquer any hurdles and accomplish this week’s goals.

Keep this in mind when you feel like you’re becoming stressed or when worry starts to creep up on you. Everything has a solution if you choose to look for it. Sometimes we get overwhelmed and start shutting down instead of taking a moment to breathe and gather our thoughts. I know I’m guilty of it!Everything has a solution if you choose to look for it. Quick Tip for conquering your mondays:
Have a little ritual every monday! Make it a point to start your week off on the right foot by doing something you love, like listening to your favorite tunes or wearing your favorite shoes.
Some more ideas:
– Wake up a bit earlier and do some exercise to invigorate you. Go for a quick run or do a few strength exercises, there are lots of quick workouts online!
– Have a mantra. Pick a phrase that gets you motivated to conquer the day ahead, write it on a Post-It note and stick it somewhere visible.
– If you have a long commute you could listen to an audiobook or a podcast. I have an app called Audible (if you’ve been on the internet for a hot second you probably know all about Audible) that I listen to in my car and even when I shower, that way I get to multitask!
